Alstom is seeking a full-time Train System Engineer in Lviv to ensure the technical performance and quality of train systems. This role involves defining technical requirements, developing system architectures, and supporting project managers in risk mitigation and improvement proposals.
Ansvarsområden
- Defining and allocating technical requirements to subsystems
- Ensuring the quality, consistency, and compatibility of all subsystem specifications
- Acting as the technical interface with customers to support project managers
- Making architectural decisions to achieve optimal train-level performance
- Defining and performing train verification strategies
- Providing technical support during the train revenue service phase
- Defining and validating operational analyses with customers
- Overseeing train integration and tuning phases
- Supporting project engineering managers in risk mitigation and improvement proposals
Krav
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience of 5+ years in train engineering
- Experience in train development projects (e.g., as TPM, TSE, or SE) for at least three projects
- Proficiency in technical requirement development and system architecture
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience of 5+ years in team management
- Knowledge of train validation and verification (V&V) activities
