Ansvarsområden

Determine, maintain, and validate HTS classifications and Country of Origin.
Maintain and support tariff and trade remedy programs.
Oversee Customs Broker entry activity and post-entry reviews.
Maintain import records and support audit readiness.
Analyze ACE reports and import compliance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex compliance issues.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliant import and export activity.
Follow established trade compliance policies and procedures.
Perform other trade compliance duties as needed.

Krav

5+ years of experience in import trade compliance, customs operations, or trade compliance analysis.
Proven experience in HTS, COO determinations, trade remedy programs, and post-entry activities.
Strong working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, tariffs, valuation, broker entry processes, and audits.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Familiarity with QAD and/or SAP preferred but not required.
Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or trade compliance certifications (CCS, CES, CTCS), preferred but not required.
