This role manages Oracle Exadata and Oracle Database Administration within converged infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence and technical leadership. The individual will optimize performance, mentor teams, and drive improvements using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager, RMAN, and Data Guard.

Ansvarsområden

Lead Oracle Exadata and Oracle Database Administration, implementing advanced operational strategies.
Optimize system performance and minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Direct and empower the support team in managing converged infrastructure to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Utilize Oracle Enterprise Manager and related tools for database health oversight, automation, and incident/change management.
Mentor team members in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex database/infrastructure issues.
Drive process improvements by evaluating emerging Oracle technologies and integrating automation solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate client requirements into robust operational solutions.
Champion business continuity by managing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies using Oracle RMAN and Data Guard.

Krav

Excellent knowledge of Oracle Database Administration, including RAC, ASM, and backup/recovery best practices.
Advanced skills in managing converged infrastructure platforms supporting large-scale Oracle deployments.
Expert use of Oracle Enterprise Manager, RMAN, Data Guard, and related monitoring and automation tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities for managing high-complexity operational challenges.
Advanced proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python, or Perl) for automation and process optimization.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Oracle Certified Master (OCM) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – Oracle Database Administration (optional but highly valuable).
Oracle Exadata Certified Implementation Specialist (optional but valuable).
