This role is responsible for the operational management and enhancement of large-scale Azure environments, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and automation tools. The individual will ensure robust delivery of client SLAs, implement continuous improvement, and guide teams in cloud operations.

Ansvarsområden

Lead operations management by implementing advanced DevOps automation using Terraform and Azure DevOps, ensuring high availability and compliance of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Kubernetes resources.
Drive process improvements by designing and optimizing workflows with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform and Azure Resource Manager, to streamline provisioning and management of cloud assets.
Ensure robust support and incident resolution for Azure environments by utilizing monitoring and troubleshooting tools, maintaining SLAs, and providing escalation support for complex issues.
Mentor and empower team members on best practices in IaC, Terraform modules, and Azure DevOps pipelines, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions using Azure and Terraform, and ensure delivery aligns with organizational and client objectives.
Innovate by researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging DevOps tools and Azure services, recommending solutions that enhance operational efficiency and security.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, identifying areas for automation, and leading the adoption of new processes or technologies.

Krav

Excellent knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for deploying and managing scalable solutions.
Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, including Terraform scripting, module development, and state management.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline creation, release management, and operational monitoring.
In-depth understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks within Azure.
Excellent problem-solving and process optimization abilities, with a track record of leading operational improvements.
Strong communication and mentoring skills for leading technical teams and driving knowledge transfer.
