I korthet

This role involves monitoring, managing, and providing first-level support for enterprise systems, with a focus on Citrix XenDesktop, MCS, and PVS. The individual will troubleshoot incidents, ensure system stability, and contribute to process improvements within the Citrix environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Monitor, manage and provide first-level support for enterprise systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of hardware and software changes.
  • Document and communicate relevant performance and procedural information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to minimize system issues.
  • Monitor stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems.
  • Triage incidents effectively in accordance with procedures.
  • Work with other technical support teams for troubleshooting.
  • Standardize and document existing procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Create, support, and manage application v-Disks in Citrix PVS.
  • Perform Citrix administration in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / DaaS.
  • Ensure appropriate monitoring tools are in place and properly utilized.

  • Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date Citrix knowledge in subject area to meet deadlines.
