The Track Lead for Support & Operations is responsible for managing operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring client satisfaction using VMware technologies. This role involves enhancing operational systems with vSphere and vCenter, managing client requirements with vSAN and SRM, and leading a support team to foster innovation and deliver tailored solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Enhance operational systems using VMware vSphere and vCenter for improved reporting, information flow, and business process optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and ensure the support team meets or exceeds client expectations using VMware vSAN and SRM.
  • Lead and mentor the support project team, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Drive innovation in process development by introducing new ideas and best practices in SDDC and Aria Monitoring Tools.
  • Deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer needs and operational capabilities, utilizing VMware technologies.

Krav

  • Proficiency in VMware vSphere and vCenter, with a solid understanding of virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of VMware vSAN and SRM to support business continuity and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Familiarity with SDDC concepts and Aria Monitoring Tools for effective systems management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to meeting client SLAs.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills to empower team members.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification is recommended.
  • VMware Advanced Professional (VCAP-DCV) Certification is optional but valuable.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is recommended.
