The Track Lead for Support & Operations is responsible for managing and improving service delivery using innovative solutions and effective team leadership, ensuring client SLAs are met. This role involves optimizing operational systems with Azure PaaS and IaaS, collaborating with clients, leading project teams, and driving process improvements within the Azure environment.

Ansvarsområden

Optimize operational systems using Windows Azure PaaS and Azure IaaS for reporting, information flow, and business processes.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure the support team meets expectations.
Lead and mentor project teams, communicating project goals and expectations.
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new process improvements and operational strategies.
Provide tailored solutions within the Azure environment aligned with business objectives.

Krav

Proficient in Windows Azure PaaS and Azure IaaS with a strong understanding of cloud service models.
Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Iac) tools such as Terraform and Vra Azure.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement in operational processes.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification is optional but valuable.
ITIL Foundation Certification is recommended to enhance operational management skills.
