Krav

Proficiency in Oracle Exadata and Oracle Database Administration with a solid understanding of best practices.
Familiarity with operational management principles and methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to mentor and empower teams.

Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional (OCP) is optional but valuable.
