The Track Lead for Support & Operations, based in Noida, India, will manage operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement using Nutanix AHV and VMware vCenter technologies. Ansvarsområden

  • Enhance operational systems using Nutanix and VMware vSphere technologies to improve reporting, streamline information flow, and optimize business processes.
  • Analyze client requirements and ensure the support team meets expectations through proficient use of Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure and vCenter.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring transparent communication of project goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new ideas for process development and overall organizational improvement using Nutanix AHV capabilities.
  • Provide tailored solutions aligning with customer needs, utilizing Nutanix and VMware technologies for impactful business results.

Krav

  • Proficiency in Nutanix and VMware vSphere & vCenter technologies
  • Strong understanding of Nutanix AHV and Cloud Infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities
  • Solid communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) is optional but valuable.
  • Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) is optional but valuable.
