Ansvarsområden

  • Act as L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks.
  • Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues.
  • Manage Cisco Catalyst 9K, Cisco Nexus, Aruba CX, HPE Comware.
  • Support Software Defined Access (SDA) with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) including device onboarding, provisioning, assurance management, SWIM, template deployment, compliance management, and operational support.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Maintain technical knowledge articles.
  • Manage IOS-XE upgrades, switch refresh initiatives, and software lifecycle planning.
  • Perform validation and rollback testing.
  • Conduct capacity forecasting, utilization analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Support infrastructure modernization.
  • Manage vulnerability remediation, security advisory reviews, and configuration compliance audits.
  • Provide network segmentation support.
  • Utilize Python scripting, Ansible automation, and DNAC API integrations.

Krav

  • L3 Senior LAN Network Engineer
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across campus networks.
  • Experience with large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments.
  • Expertise in Cisco Catalyst 9K, Cisco Nexus, Aruba CX, HPE Comware.
  • Experience with Software Defined Access (SDA) and Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC).
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and Ansible automation.
  • Knowledge of Cisco ISE.
  • CCNP Enterprise certification.
  • Cisco SDA Specialization.
  • Aruba ACNP certification.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
  • Experience with STP and QoS.
