Ansvarsområden
- Act as L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks.
- Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments.
- Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues.
- Manage Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) functions: device onboarding, provisioning, assurance, SWIM, template deployment, compliance, SDA operational support.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Perform IOS-XE upgrades and switch refresh initiatives.
- Conduct capacity forecasting, utilization analysis, and performance optimization.
- Manage vulnerability remediation, security advisory reviews, and configuration compliance audits.
- Develop Python scripts, Ansible automation, and DNAC API integrations.
