We are seeking a Track Lead for Network LAN/WAN in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, to act as an L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks. The role involves supporting large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments, managing Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) functionalities, and leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for infrastructure issues.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks.
  • Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues.
  • Manage device onboarding, provisioning, assurance, and software image management within Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC).
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan and execute IOS-XE upgrades and switch refresh initiatives.
  • Conduct capacity forecasting, utilization analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Perform vulnerability remediation, security advisory reviews, and configuration compliance audits.
  • Engage in network segmentation support.
  • Develop Python scripts and Ansible automation for network tasks.
  • Integrate with DNAC APIs.

Krav

  • 7-10 years of LAN Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years supporting Cisco DNAC.
  • Experience handling major incidents.
  • Proficiency in Cisco Catalyst 9K, Cisco Nexus, Aruba CX, HPE Comware, and SDA.
  • Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) functionalities: device onboarding, provisioning, assurance management, software image management, template deployment, compliance management, and SDA operational support.
  • Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (STP, QoS).
  • Experience with Python scripting and Ansible automation.
  • Familiarity with Cisco ISE.
