Lead advanced LAN support, acting as an L3 escalation point for critical incidents and troubleshooting complex routing and switching issues across Cisco and Aruba environments. Drive network automation using Python, Ansible, and Cisco DNAC, and manage the full lifecycle of network infrastructure.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks.
  • Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues.
  • Manage Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) functionalities like device onboarding, assurance, and template deployment.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Plan and execute IOS-XE upgrades and switch refresh initiatives.
  • Perform capacity forecasting, utilization analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure network security through vulnerability remediation and configuration compliance audits.
  • Develop network automation solutions using Python scripting and Ansible.
  • Integrate with DNAC API for enhanced network management.

Krav

  • 7-10 years of LAN Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years supporting Cisco DNAC.
  • Experience handling major incidents.
  • Expertise in Cisco Catalyst 9K, Cisco Nexus, Aruba CX, HPE Comware.
  • Proficiency in Software Defined Access (SDA).
  • Strong knowledge of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, and QoS.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • CCNP Enterprise certification.
  • Cisco SDA Specialization.
  • Aruba ACNP certification.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
