Ansvarsområden

Administer and support webMethods Integration Server (IS) environments.
Manage and troubleshoot Universal Messaging (UM) and Broker-based integrations.
Support webMethods API Gateway and API integrations.
Troubleshoot complex L3 issues related to integrations, interfaces, messaging, adapters, and APIs.
Perform deployment, configuration, patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance.
Troubleshoot failed transactions, services, interfaces, queues, and message-processing issues.
Analyze webMethods server logs, error logs, and performance issues.
Configure and troubleshoot JDBC adapters, SAP adapters, JMS, REST, SOAP, HTTP/HTTPS, and web services.
Support SSL/TLS certificates, keystores, and secure application connectivity.
Manage connection pools and troubleshoot connectivity with databases and downstream applications.
Support file-based integrations, SFTP, and enterprise data transfers.
Monitor platform availability, capacity, and performance.
Lead technical troubleshooting during P1/P2 incidents.
Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical and recurring integration failures.
Execute production changes and support major application releases.
Coordinate with Application, Database, Network, Security, Linux, Windows, and Cloud teams.
Work with Software AG/vendor support for complex product issues.
Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 middleware resources.
Maintain SOPs, runbooks, architecture/configuration documents, and knowledge articles.

Experience managing and troubleshooting Universal Messaging (UM) and Broker-based integrations.
Experience supporting webMethods API Gateway and API integrations.
Ability to troubleshoot complex L3 issues related to integrations, interfaces, messaging, adapters, and APIs.
Proficiency in deployment, configuration, patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance.
Skilled in troubleshooting failed transactions, services, interfaces, queues, and message-processing issues.
Experience analyzing webMethods server logs, error logs, and performance issues.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting JDBC adapters, SAP adapters, JMS, REST, SOAP, HTTP/HTTPS, and web services.
Experience supporting SSL/TLS certificates, keystores, and secure application connectivity.
Experience managing connection pools and troubleshooting connectivity with databases and downstream applications.
Experience supporting file-based integrations, SFTP, and enterprise data transfers.
Ability to monitor platform availability, capacity, and performance.
Experience leading technical troubleshooting during P1/P2 incidents.
