Lead the governance, optimization, and evolution of network and IT operations tooling, focusing on platform stability, observability, and automation. This role requires strong expertise in network operations, tools engineering, and enterprise networking, with responsibilities including tool lifecycle management, driving automation use cases, and mentoring L2 analysts.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own and govern Network and Operations tools across the DePuy environment.
  • Lead onboarding, lifecycle management, upgrades, and decommissioning of tools.
  • Drive observability, automation, and event-correlation use cases.
  • Provide L3 escalation support for tool-related incidents.
  • Ensure integration with ITSM processes and ServiceNow.
  • Mentor L2 Tools Analysts and define operational standards.

Krav

  • 8–12 years in Network Operations, Tools Engineering, or Observability.
  • Strong understanding of monitoring, automation, and event management.
  • Enterprise Networking knowledge (R&S, SD-WAN, Wireless, Security).
  • Experience in Managed Services / Global Delivery models.
  • Proficiency with LogicMonitor, ThousandEyes (or equivalent), Splunk, iTential, Selector.AI, ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Cisco platforms (ISE, FMC, CDO, Prime, Catalyst Center, vManage), Arista CloudVision, Meraki Dashboard, F5 BIG-IQ, InfoBlox, Gigamon.
