Engineer Akamai edge, CDN, WAF, load-balancing, TLS, and certificate configurations.
Implement Host Header/SNI controls, URL restrictions, and secure traffic-management policies.
Analyze performance and security behavior, troubleshoot incidents, and automate repeatable controls.
Follow approved architecture, security, change, documentation, and service-management controls.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders; communicate progress, risks, decisions, and support needs.

Krav

8+ years in the relevant engineering domain, including ownership of complex production environments.
Hands-on capability to engineer Akamai edge security solutions including TLS, certificates, Host Header/SNI controls, URL restrictions, WAF integration, CDN optimization, and load balancing.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, document designs and procedures, and work effectively across distributed teams.
Working knowledge of enterprise security, change, incident, problem, release, and operational-readiness practices.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Relevant cloud, platform, network, data, security, DevOps, IT service management, or project-management certifications are desirable where applicable to the role.
