HCLTech is seeking a Track Lead for Support & Operations in Noida, India, to oversee operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement. This role involves leveraging Azure and Terraform to automate infrastructure deployment, meet client SLAs, and lead a project team with transparent communication and best practices in IaC and Azure Kubernetes.

Ansvarsområden

  • Optimize operational processes using Terraform and Azure for automation, reporting, and streamlining information flow.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and ensure support team meets or exceeds expectations using Azure services.
  • Lead and mentor the project team, fostering transparent communication and implementing best practices in IaC and Azure Kubernetes.
  • Propose new strategies for process development using Terraform and Windows Azure IaaS/PaaS.
  • Deliver tailored solutions aligning with customer needs using Azure and Terraform capabilities for measurable business results.

Krav

  • Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including Windows Azure IaaS and PaaS.
  • Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and team leadership abilities.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable).
  • HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (Optional but valuable).
