  • Analyze client requirements and ensure the support team meets client expectations using BMC Remedy and CA Service Desk Manager for effective incident management.
  • Lead and mentor the project team to ensure transparent communication of project goals, utilizing asset management tools to track progress and performance.
  • Foster innovation by introducing new ideas for process development that align with organizational objectives and enhance service delivery.
  • Provide tailored solutions that address customer needs by leveraging Avanti and asset management strategies to drive positive business outcomes.

Krav

  • Strong understanding of Asset Management and ITIL principles.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, CA Service Desk Manager, and Avanti.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • ITIL Certification (Optional but valuable).
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator (Optional but valuable).
