Nexthink L3 – Nexthink SME / Lead / Architect\\\\r\\\\nRole Summary\\\\r\\\\nThe Nexthink L3 role is a strategic and technical authority responsible for platform ownership, advanced analytics, Nexthink architecture, proactive improvement use cases, and executive-level DEX insights. This role drives value realization and continuous improvement using Nexthink.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n• Own Nexthink platform architecture, design, and roadmap\\\\r\\\\n• Act as Level-3 SME for complex, cross-domain DEX issues\\\\r\\\\n• Design and maintain: \\\\r\\\\no Advanced Investigations and complex queries\\\\r\\\\no Executive and leadership dashboards\\\\r\\\\no Trend analysis and predictive insights\\\\r\\\\n• Define and govern DEX KPIs, experience benchmarks, and scorecards\\\\r\\\\n• Lead problem management, deep RCA, and systemic remediation initiatives\\\\r\\\\n• Design and execute Nexthink Act automations: \\\\r\\\\no Self-healing\\\\r\\\\no Proactive remediations\\\\r\\\\no User communication workflows\\\\r\\\\n• Integrate Nexthink with: \\\\r\\\\no ServiceNow\\\\r\\\\no Intune / SCCM\\\\r\\\\no AVD / Citrix / VDI platforms\\\\r\\\\n• Support major initiatives: \\\\r\\\\no OS migrations\\\\r\\\\no Device refresh programs\\\\r\\\\no New application rollouts\\\\r\\\\no Security rollouts (EDR, DLP, VPN)\\\\r\\\\n• Provide executive-ready insights for: \\\\r\\\\no CIO / EUC leadership\\\\r\\\\no Service improvement reviews\\\\r\\\\no Quarterly business reviews (QBRs)\\\\r\\\\n• Define best practices, guardrails, and adoption standards\\\\r\\\\n• Mentor L1/L2 teams and provide technical leadership\\\\r\\\\n• Engage with Nexthink vendor, support, and roadmap discussions\

Skill Requirements

Skills & Experience\\\\r\\\\n• 7–10+ years in EUC / Endpoint / Workplace Technology\\\\r\\\\n• Deep, expert-level Nexthink knowledge: \\\\r\\\\no Finder, Portal, Act, Investigations, API\\\\r\\\\n• Strong expertise in: \\\\r\\\\no Windows internals and performance\\\\r\\\\no Endpoint security, networking, and application stacks\\\\r\\\\n• Advanced scripting and automation (PowerShell, REST APIs)\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with large-scale enterprise environments (10k+ endpoints)\\\\r\\\\n• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills\\\\r\\\\n• Proven experience driving proactive DEX improvements, not just monitoring
