Ansvarsområden

- Assist in planning and executing testing activities.

- Perform testing and benchmarking of CX services and devices.
- Support the development and maintenance of automated testing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Assist with test automation, analysis of results, and identification of improvements.
Krav
- Active student status in Information Technology, Computer Science, Automation, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Interest in testing, automation, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
