Ansvarsområden

  • Execute and implement improvements to test plans.
  • Provide feedback to customers on modifications, outcomes, or issues.
  • Help select specialized test equipment and perform set-up.
  • Load and run complex programs or builds.
  • Perform complex calibration, maintenance, and upgrades of test equipment.
  • Identify issues with test equipment and perform complex repairs.
  • Manage execution of test methodologies, adapting procedures as needed.
  • Document test results.
  • Identify, debug, and troubleshoot complex testing issues or failures.
  • Recommend root causes and implement solutions.
  • Conduct and manage analyses to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with individuals inside and outside of own function to integrate projects.
  • Communicate across teams to provide status and information about impending obstacles.
  • Manage team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for small to mid-sized projects with minimal guidance.
  • Re-scope projects, identify resources, delegate work, and review team members' work.

Krav

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of testing, measurement, or related work experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of semiconductor, RF testing, or related work experience.
