Qualcomm Semiconductor Limited is seeking a Test Manufacturing Engineer in Kaohsiung or Hsinchu, Taiwan. The role involves manufacturing management, yield improvement, and troubleshooting for PMIC testing, with experience on automotive testing platforms being preferred. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience, or a Master's with 5+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead production testing at ODM/Supplier, corrective action, technical audit, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback to internal engineering team on production problems and needs.
  • Drive suppliers to improve manufacturing quality, testing initiation, and enabling new technologies.
  • Participate and provide input into manufacturing testing improvement, testing hardware and software stability in HVM.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and participate in cross-functional teams.

Krav

  • 5+ years and above working experience in testing manufacturing sector.
  • Good understanding of IC test equipment in wafer sort and final test (wafer prober, handler and tester), Teradyne UFLEX preferred.
  • Good understanding of hardware debugging.
  • Basic understanding of PMIC/Digital functional block and electronic circuits.
  • Basic data analysis skills.
  • Basic knowledge of reliability test, quality concept and RMA process.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive working attitude.
  • Capable to handle new challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 6+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
  • PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience on automotive testing platform preferred.
  • 8+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
