  • Create work plans and monitor the work schedule for on-time delivery.
  • Create a reusable and scalable test automation framework.
  • Develop test strategies and plans.
  • Maintain test data and submit status reports to minimize risks.
  • Guide and mentor QA engineers to enhance their technical capabilities and productivity.
