Ameristar Perimeter Security, an ASSA ABLOY company, seeks a Territory Specialist in Tulsa, OK to manage customer relations, process sales orders, provide quotations, and offer customer service. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Enter and maintain sales orders and quotes in ERP.
  • Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and communicate with customers.
  • Maintain customer shipment schedule.
  • Use CRM Software to log customer information and project details.
  • Handle truckload management and extended customer service.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and experience in a sales & service oriented role.
  • Clear understanding of sales processes.
  • Previous experience in a sales & service oriented role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize duties and manage time effectively.
