Atlas Copco is seeking a Territory Manager/Area Sales Manager for their North Zone territory in India. Your role

Your role 
Implement and execute a 3-year business plan with driven and stimulate SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time based) ACTIONS for rapid growth in medium pressure business in the designated territory of North Zone in alignment with divisional targets and strategies.
Drive Project business from assigned segments/territory of North Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
•    Develop and execute a 3-year business plan with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) actions for accelerated growth.
•    Drive project business for the zone – Non-standard requirements through proposal team
•    Handle business from various EPC’s in the Zone and make action plans to ensure early spec-in and ensure to increase to revenue for EPC.
Business Development:
•    Identify and explore new applications for Medium Pressure across assigned segments.
•    Acquire new customers and applications to increase market penetration.
•    Grow market share profitably and sustainably.
EPC & Key Accounts:
•    Develop targeted EPC business in the North Zone.
•    Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and key accounts, EPC’s.

Value Proposition & Competitor Analysis:
•    Understand customer value drivers and present compelling ROI and TCO-based proposals.
•    Track competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.

To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements-  
·    AT LEAST MORE THAN 5-6 YEARS OF PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE IN COMPRESSORS OR BLOWERS, WITH A TRACK RECORD IN REACHING TARGETS.
·    Experience in handling EPC business 
·    Understanding of Project Business or Trunkey Project- E&C jobs shall be added advantage.

Educational requirements/Knowledge- 
•    B.E or B. Tech Degree preferably Mechanical/Electrical Degree.
MBA Degree will be an additional advantage

Personality requirements-
·    Good presentation skills.
