Temenos Transact (T24) Lead Consultant

Job Summary

The Lead Consultant (Temenos T24/Transact) will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Temenos T24/Transact solutions. The primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of Temenos T24/Transact projects while providing expert guidance and support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and coordinate the implementation and customization of temenos t24/transact solutions based on client requirements.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to temenos t24/transact.

• Minimum 10 years of Testing experience in T24 platforms
• Take a lead role in local T24 testing capabilities and trains junior tester.
• Analysis of business and technical requirements to create the required local development
• Assists in Data migration and related activities.
• Identify, define and coordinate any development activities that may occur during the implementation of TEMENOS products, such as additional specific functionality, interfacing to external systems or conversion programs to be built
• Install custom enhancements and validate technical setup and conduct necessary testing to ensure user acceptance and global quality of the solution delivered
• Provide clear and concise technical documentation
• Conduct end user technical training as necessary
• Coordinate with the TEMENOS maintenance groups to ensure that the product problems identified are understood and resolved
• Cooperation with the functional lead and Technical Lead in defining specifications support in testing, customization and parameterization
• Participation in the development of banking modules
• Programming of new routines, edit existing ones, optimization and improvement of existing solutions
• Designs, prepares and executes unit tests
• Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks. Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges
• Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in temenos t24/transact core banking system.
2. Strong knowledge of temenos t24/transact modules and functionalities.
3. Experience in leading temenos t24/transact implementation projects from initiation to completion.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex issues related to temenos t24/transact.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Other Requirements

1.Certification in Temenos T24/Transact is preferred.

Technical Lead to handle T24 and integration of related satellite systems.

• Expertise in T24 R16 and higher
• Expertise in TAFJ R16 and higher
• Deep understanding of the private banking modules like SC, DX, SY, Corporate actions and accounting/ reporting modules
• Integration framework and Interaction framework (IRIS), MQ, JBOSS
• Hands on with Design Studio, Source code repository, Job schedulers, SQL developer
• Implementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes, order-processing flows
• T24 COB and Services framework
• Multi-Company set-up and multi-app server set-up
• Experience in Temenos Unit Test framework
