Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead in Newcastle to manage critical client projects and lead multi-disciplinary teams. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of delivery approaches, Agile at scale, and DevOps principles, with a focus on transforming organizations through technology and innovation.

Ansvarsområden

Manage a number of critical client projects.
Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
Turn your hand to a number of Delivery orientated tasks.
Understand technical information and concepts and translate them into business/operational-focused information.
Plan for short, medium and long-term objectives and guide a team to meeting those objectives.
Design and implement the measurement and reporting of metrics which help to inform delivery improvement activities.
Identify ways to improve a software delivery and will own the implementation of improvement activities.
Maintain a strong service-orientated attitude and a co-operative and mature approach to working with a client, in a team and as an individual.
Deliver Agile at scale and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
Work with modern delivery Operating models (Dev Ops).
Use Agile delivery tools to provide clients with clear, concise and dynamic communications.

Ability to successfully and competently manage a number of critical client projects.
Navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
An adaptable approach to work, with an ability to turn your hand to a number of Delivery orientated tasks.
A deep, broad understanding of Delivery approaches and best practice.
Understand technical information and concepts and translate them into business/operational-focused information with the instinct to question things.
Highly organised and able to plan for short, medium and long-term objectives and have experience of guiding a team to meeting those objectives.
Able to design and implement the measurement and reporting of metrics which help to inform delivery improvement activities.
Able to identify ways to improve a software delivery and will own the implementation of improvement activities.
Strong service-orientated attitude and a co-operative and mature approach to working with a client, in a team and as an individual.
Excellent communications skills.
Experienced in delivering Agile at scale and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Aware of modern delivery Operating models (Dev Ops).
Familiar with Agile delivery tools to provide our clients with clear, concise and dynamic communications.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Agile certifications.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the other suite of Microsoft Office products.
Extensive experience working with Agile Delivery tools (e.g. JIRA).
Experience working within the Health & Public Sector.
Familiarity with GDS principles.
