I korthet

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with solution plans and meeting all commitments. This role involves managing project scope, timeline, risks, and quality, while building and leading high-performance teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery or a component of delivery for a contract, to meet operational, contractual, and economic commitments.
  • Ensure delivery is aligned to the solution plan, ensuring project meets commitments.
  • Accountable for project management, including scope, timeline, risk, and quality management.
  • Build and engage high performance teams, ensuring the right talent plan to achieve contract outcomes.
  • Drive follow-on work by up-selling and or cross-selling the contract.

Krav

  • A bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in project management or delivery roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
