We are looking for a Diesel Maintenance Technician in Monterrey to support vehicle maintenance and repair operations. This full-time, permanent role involves ensuring process flow, managing repairs, and implementing improvements. The ideal candidate will perform visual inspections, manage deviations, and finalize work orders.

Ansvarsområden

Check tool and parts availability, retrieve from warehouse.
Check maintenance information availability.
Ensure application of work methods.
Perform visual inspections of the vehicle.
Manage any deviations that arise.
Wash parts and components.
Start the work order.
Prepare the vehicle or component.
Search for information in the system.
Perform maintenance.
Finalize stamping.
Clean the work area and return used tools.
Finalize work order.
Communicate to the workshop manager that the assignment is finished.
Communicate deviations.
Propose solutions.
Follow up on established improvement plans.

Krav

Experience in vehicle maintenance or repair, specifically with diesel engines.
Ability to perform visual inspections.
Skill in managing deviations and proposing solutions.
Proficiency in starting and finalizing work orders.
Ability to communicate effectively with workshop managers.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of tool and parts management.
Familiarity with searching for information in a system.
Experience in washing parts and components.
