We are seeking a Blue Collar Technician for Manual Operations in Monterrey, Mexico. This full-time, permanent role involves controlling warehouse entries/exits, pre-picking spare parts, and ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with KPIs. Responsibilities include managing inventory, order preparation, shipping, receiving, and maintaining warehouse organization.

Ansvarsområden

  • Control of warehouse entries and exits.
  • Guarantee the pre-picking of spare parts.
  • Guarantee attention to customer needs.
  • Guarantee compliance with KPIs under target.
  • Ensure warehouse control.
  • Guarantee the availability of parts and service during ongoing or upcoming technical campaigns.
  • Guarantee constant improvement proposals in the warehouse.
  • Verify availability of requested materials.
  • Prepare orders (Picking) and deliver spare parts.
  • Pack and ship materials via courier.
  • Receive materials, check against packing-list and record discrepancies.
  • Execute cycle counts according to the calendar.
  • Report inconsistencies or damage to received or stored products.
  • Physically locate parts in the correct place and record movements in the system.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts or mobile equipment.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area according to 5S.
  • Manage materials through vouchers and report consumption.
  • Support in the review and packaging of materials for buyback and cores.
  • Comply with the records required by the system and its indicators.
