AWS Infrastructure Services seeks a Technical Training Manager in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, to lead a new Full-Time Training Team for Data Center Operations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, managing a team of technical trainers, and ensuring continuous improvement of training initiatives using AI technology and agile methodologies.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead a team of technical trainers.
  • Manage training programs for Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO), Data Center Operations (DCO), Infrastructure Delivery (ID), Decommissioning, and Logistics.
  • Implement standardized training processes that adapt to audience needs.
  • Create and track performance metrics for training effectiveness.
  • Establish communication channels between Full Time Training Team (FTT) and stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation through AI technology and agile methodologies.
  • Support the design of comprehensive learning materials including exercises, tutorials, and assessments.
  • Measure and report training program impact.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time.

Krav

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
  • 2+ years of direct people management, including performance management and employee development experience.
  • 4+ years of training, technical instruction, or maintenance leadership capacity experience.
  • 4+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience.
  • 4+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience.
  • 4+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • 3+ years of leading training, technical instruction, or maintenance operations programs at a regional or multi-site level experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in curriculum development for international technical support organizations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience managing training programs or teams across multiple sites or regions.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
  • Experience with technical writing, curriculum development, or instructional design.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience with data analysis and using metrics to drive program improvements.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or experience in project management.
  • Experience with instructional design, curriculum architecture, or training program development.
