Ansvarsområden

Provide application support and system solution design centered on variable frequency drives and low-voltage motors.
Conduct application research and customized development for target industries.
Analyze complex application and customer-site issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support technical and commercial quotations, customer engagement, solution presentations, and training.
Collaborate with sales, application, product, service, and supply chain teams.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, electrical machines and apparatus, mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in variable frequency drives, drive systems, or industrial automation is required.
Sound knowledge of drive control principles, parameterization, communication, and system integration.
Ability to understand electrical drawings, control logic, customer specifications, and tender documents.
Strong capability in systematic problem analysis and closure management.
Excellent customer communication, requirement clarification, technical presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good written and spoken Chinese and English, including the ability to independently read English technical documents and customer specifications, prepare technical proposals and analysis reports in English, and conduct technical discussions, solution presentations, and cross-regional collaboration in English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in low-voltage motor applications, service, or selection is preferred.
Experience in applications or standardized solution development for pumps and fans, HVAC, compressors, cranes, conveyors, machine tools, or other industrial sectors is preferred.
Experience in upgrades, energy-efficiency assessments, harmonic mitigation, functional safety, digital remote services, or inverter-fed low-voltage motors is preferred.
