We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Shanghai with a full-time, on-site role. The position involves advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and training. Candidates should have a marine engineering background with 3-5 years of experience and fluent English.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead and execute advanced technical and application service, advanced troubleshooting, commissioning.
- Provide expertise and coaching in the product technology area concerned.
- Train Graduated Service Engineers and Senior Service Engineers during hands-on-job.
- Participate in other specific product technology training programmes, where so considered relevant.
- Provide technical support (incl troubleshooting & failure investigations) – helpdesk & direct.
- Provide field input to product & services development.
- Participate in development of repair methods and technical instructions.
- Participate in and execute product-, service- and maintenance-training.
Krav
- Candidates need Heat Product skill, Not EGC/IGS only but boiler also.
- Marine engineer background, 3-5 years experience.
- Handle claims for customers, be good at communication.
- Explain difficult claims with the sales department.
- Prepare PPT and presentation.
- Fluent in English.
