Seeking a Technical Support professional with 3-5 years of experience in industrial machines, preferably air compressors, for our Jakarta office. Responsibilities include providing technical support, reporting product quality issues, and conducting technical trainings. This is an on-site, full-time role at PT Atlas Copco Indonesia.
Ansvarsområden
- Offer structured, professional, and timely technical support to FSE's, Backoffice, service operations, customers, dealers/distributors, and regions.
- Continuously follow up and analyze local product quality.
- Proactively report failures and support requests to TS in PC's.
- Provide onsite technical support and project support as required.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date service information on compressed air installations.
- Plan and conduct technical trainings to ensure field competence aligns with equipment development and installed base.
Krav
- 3-5 years of experience in operation of high-quality industrial machines, preferably air compressors.
- Knowledge in Compressed Air or engineering Systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
