HCLTech is seeking a Technical Specialist in Chennai, India to define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing and Sales ecosystems. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand goals and provide architectural recommendations, while ensuring best practices for data model design, integration, and security on the Salesforce platform.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing and Sales ecosystems, including Sales Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage customer data flows, segmentation, and campaign orchestration.
  • Design scalable, reusable, and modular solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards.
  • Ensure high performance, security, and data integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, CX teams) to understand goals and translate them into solution blueprints.
  • Provide architectural recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Lead design for lead lifecycle management, campaign management & attribution models, and marketing automation journeys.
  • Ensure best practices for data model design, data quality, deduplication, governance, and security model.
  • Architect integrations with external systems (CDP, ERP, Web platforms) and APIs.

Krav

  • Experience defining end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing and Sales ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with Sales Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Marketing Cloud.
  • Understanding of customer data flows, segmentation, and campaign orchestration.
  • Ability to design scalable, reusable, and modular solutions.
  • Experience ensuring high performance, security, and data integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience providing architectural recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform design, including lead lifecycle management, campaign management, and marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of best practices for data model design, data quality, governance, and security models.
  • Experience architecting integrations with external systems and APIs.
