Job Summary

Tech Lead - Atlassian + Power BI

Strong enterprise-level expertise in Atlassian Jira, JIra Service Management and Confluence 
Strong Experience in Atlassian tools and methodologies
Hands-on experience in: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
As a Lead should be able to guide junior team members and also work independently.
Experience on Agile/SAFe delivery model including sprint execution, backlog refinement, and story-based delivery.
Handson experience in REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth/OpenID, JSON, XML
Jira, JSM & Confluence Administration / Configuration Management
Preferred Scripting languages: .NET, Java, JavaScript, React JS, Python
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
Strong reporting knowledge on Power BI​. Good handson in custom app and plugin creations for Jira and Confluence.
Experience in using Databricks for data processing and utilizing Power BI to design interactive dashboards
Soft Skills :
Ability to manage multiple streams (support, enhancements, migrations) concurrently. Self-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving capability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting approach
Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed Agile team
