Technical Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for SAP PP Consultant at E3.1 with hands of experience in delivering end-to-end S/4HANA/ECC implementation projects within manufacturing environments. The role demands strong functional expertise in Production Planning (PP), deep business process understanding, and proven ability to drive solution design, configuration, and deployment across global transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP PP workstream in full-cycle implementation projects (Design to Deploy)
Gather and validate business requirements and translate into SAP solutions
Configure key PP functionalities including:
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Production Orders / Process Orders
Demand Management & Capacity Planning
Shop Floor Control and Scheduling
Manage integration with MM, SD, QM, and EWM modules
Drive fit-gap workshops, solution design, and functional specifications (FS)
Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare
Ensure alignment with global template and best practices
Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW developments
Provide stakeholder updates and manage client expectations effectively
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
10+ years of hands-on SAP PP consulting experience
Minimum 2–3 end-to-end S/4HANA or ECC implementations
Strong expertise in:
MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers
Production Planning & Execution processes
Proven experience in manufacturing industry environments
Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, QM
Experience in testing, cutover, and go-live support
Ability to work in client-facing roles in global delivery model
