HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist for AgentOps/LLMOps to manage the lifecycle of AI agents in production, ensuring reliability, safety, and performance. This role involves defining frameworks for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of live agents, with a focus on cost governance and collaboration with DevOps and AI SMEs.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define and operate the AgenticOps framework including agent registry, versioning, guarded rollout, and rollback.
  • Establish continuous evaluation and monitoring for quality, autonomy, safety, latency, cost, and reuse metrics.
  • Implement observability and tracing for multi-agent systems.
  • Own the validation-to-production process and post-release escape management.
  • Design human-in-the-loop supervision, feedback loops, and automated pre-production simulations.
  • Track and report agent business KPIs via dashboards.
  • Drive cost governance for agent runtimes, including model tiering and inference optimization.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and AI SMEs to close the build-deploy-operate-improve loop.

Krav

  • Strong LLMOps / MLOps / AgentOps experience operating GenAI or agentic systems in production.
  • Hands-on with Google Cloud agent runtimes: Vertex AI, Agent Engine, and observability tooling.
  • Experience with agent evaluation and safety mechanisms: eval frameworks, guardrails, Model Armor, HITL, prompt/robustness testing.
  • Experience with monitoring, tracing, and reliability engineering (SRE) for AI workloads.
  • Experience with cost governance and performance tuning for LLM/agent workloads.
  • Proficiency in Python; strong grasp of agent lifecycle and governance.
  • Experience with ADK, A2A, MCP, and multi-agent orchestration in production.
  • Experience with BigQuery/Looker for agent analytics and KPI dashboards.
  • Experience with Responsible-AI, model governance, and audit/compliance frameworks.
  • Prior enterprise-scale AI platform operations experience.
  • 9–12+ years in ML/AI platform operations, SRE, or LLMOps with production agentic/GenAI exposure (Tier 5–6).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Google Cloud Professional (ML/DevOps) certification preferred.
  • Offshore (India) with US overlap, or Onsite (USA) as required.
