I korthet

We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer with expertise in Python Django, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, and OpenShift to join our application support team. This role involves L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with engineering teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for applications built on Python Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Perform analysis, debugging, and resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify root causes and drive permanent fixes.
  • Monitor application performance, logs, and message flows across Kafka topics, Camel routes, and backend services.
  • Support deployments and operational activities on OpenShift.
  • Handle data-related activities involving PostgreSQL databases.

Krav

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python Django.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Vue.js.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in PostgreSQL.
  • Exposure to container-based deployments on OpenShift.
  • Experience in L2/L3 support.
  • Experience with Kafka and Camel is a plus.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Secondary skills in Azure and AI prompting are beneficial.
