ABB is seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist in Ostrava, Czechia, for a hybrid full-time role. The position involves providing technical pre-sales support, preparing quotations and specifications, and collaborating with engineering teams for ABB Marine Systems products. A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and at least 2 years of experience are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide technical pre-sales support and product expertise to customers and sales teams.
  • Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to ABB Marine Systems products and solutions.
  • Prepare technical quotations, specifications, and solution proposals for customer projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to support product customization and implementation.
  • Maintain knowledge of current ABB Marine Systems product portfolio and industry standards.
  • Document technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
  • Support customer training sessions and provide technical documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive communication.

Krav

  • A strong technical/electrical background.
  • Bachelor degree in electrical engineering as minimum.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales support, applications engineering.
  • Proficiency in navigating technical documentation in the electrical field (a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level and above).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • A responsible and diligent approach to work.
