Emerson is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Pittsburgh, PA, to manage assigned accounts, drive sales, and build customer partnerships. This field-based role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, technical sales experience, and a valid driver's license.

Ansvarsområden

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify opportunities and generate demand.
  • Present customer-focused solution recommendations demonstrating value.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from lead identification through purchase order.
  • Collaborate with internal partners like Business Development Managers and technical specialists.
  • Apply thoughtful pricing strategies balancing customer needs with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities, forecasts, and account insights in CRM systems.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or a combination of education and experience relevant to Emerson's products and industry.
  • Technical sales experience and/or technical industry experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within territory as required.
  • Availability for occasional overnight stays and travel outside the territory for factory training and meetings.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, or Business.
  • 3+ years of related technical sales experience.
