Amazon Devices and Services Fintech seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead financial planning and analysis tools. This role involves identifying, scoping, and delivering complex, end-to-end projects, requiring strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive results across global teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Identify, scope, and deliver end-to-end projects.
  • Work across time zones and through ambiguity.
  • Build consensus and drive teams towards results.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs.
  • Balance business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces for timely delivery.
  • Unblock technical issues by coordinating multi-functional technical expertise.
  • Develop, track, and communicate project schedules and achievements.
  • Drive project execution, develop project plans, and manage risks.
  • Track and report on status, and resolve blocking issues.
  • Establish goals and metrics to identify opportunities to deliver customer solutions meeting cost, performance, and schedule requirements.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience in project management domains including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferred.
  • Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks.
