Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for AI Data in Bengaluru, India. This role involves leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on ML data operations, governance, and responsible practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to harness data systems, accelerate ML model development, and ensure data quality and security.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead program execution for tamper-proof lineage, transparent approvals, and secured storage.
  • Lead programs in evaluation of safety risks and data acquisition.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other partners to define workstreams, requirements, schedules, resources, and milestones.
  • Provide project status updates to various audiences, including cross-functional teams and executives.
  • Drive feature planning and build cohesion and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge and thought leadership to enhance project efficiency.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with large-scale data management.
  • Experience with quantitative analysis and cost-effectiveness assessment techniques.
  • Familiarity with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes.
  • Knowledge of data quality metrics and KPIs for AI products.
