Microsoft's Global Lease organization is looking for a Technical Program Manager to enhance the performance of its leased datacenter portfolio. This role involves building high-performance cultures, developing scalable systems, and driving portfolio-wide strategies for accountability and operational maturity. Ansvarsområden

Lead end-to-end program definition and execution for global lease portfolio performance.
Translate business, operational, and market needs into clear program goals, deliverables, and outcomes.
Partner with engineering, operations, finance, and stakeholders to design and evolve architecture, processes, and solutions for datacenter lease lifecycle management.
Ensure alignment with strategy, risk, compliance, and performance objectives.
Drive portfolio performance management by defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Use data and insights to identify gaps, inform decisions, and improve accountability, transparency, and operational maturity.
Orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives and roadmaps across global boundaries.
Manage dependencies and schedules, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure cohesive execution.
Support lessor relationships and internal business objectives.
Lead continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and support processes related to lease portfolio management.
Enable scalable, reliable, and efficient operations at global datacenter scale.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, architecture, construction/project management, technology, design, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development or equivalent experience.
Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Deep subject matter expertise on key functional areas of engineering, procurement, construction, mechanical, electrical, networking, and building automation systems.
Expertise working with large-scale data sets and analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, PowerApps) to derive insights and make process improvements.
Comfortable working at the Executive level within a highly matrixed organization.
Experience driving execution with hyper-scale cloud engineering groups.
Demonstrates leadership skills and experience working with large, diverse teams.
Understanding of business and financial objectives and plans accordingly.
Demonstrates technical excellence in learning and applying successful strategies and implementing improvements to engineering methods and quality practices across the data center delivery portfolio.
