ABB seeks an experienced Technical Manager in Bangalore to lead a team in full-stack application development (Angular, .NET Core, C#), cloud technologies, and data science. Responsibilities include establishing software quality standards, leading DevOps initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations, and mentoring team members in a hybrid work environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing best industry practices, DevOps pipelines, and continuous build environments.
  • Prioritize key stakeholders and align their expectations with project deliverables and status reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan, design, develop, and test enterprise applications.
  • Drive team growth by identifying improvement opportunities, introducing innovation, conducting peer-reviews, mentoring, and providing feedback.
  • Lead documentation of requirements, user stories, estimates, and work plans.

Krav

  • Strong expertise in full-stack application development using Angular, .NET Core, C#, WebAPI, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Solid experience in Azure deployment (Service Fabric & Kubernetes) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline setup, deployment automation, and continuous build environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Data Science, Analytics, AI & ML, ETL/ELT development, database design, and advanced SQL.
  • Proficiency in project implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with proven ability to delegate tasks, mentor team members, and develop talent.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's (BE/BTech) or Master's (ME/MTech) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, modern development tools, and industry domain knowledge.
