The Technical Lead in Embedded C Development will guide technology initiatives, ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery. Ansvarsområden

  • Provide technical guidance and solutions by defining, advocating, and implementing best practices and coding standards in Embedded C development and RTOS usage.
  • Develop and mentor team members on Embedded C and C++ skills through training sessions and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure process compliance in the assigned module by conducting technical reviews and participating in feasibility studies.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive status reports highlighting project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Krav

  • Proficient knowledge of Embedded C and RTOS principles.
  • Strong understanding of C++ and its application in embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of hardware-software integration and debugging techniques.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional but valuable certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (CESE), RTOS Certification.
