We are seeking a Technical Lead in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India to define and own the enterprise integration strategy for Salesforce FSC, ensuring alignment with the Customer 360 vision. The role involves leading integration discovery, designing scalable and secure solutions, and establishing event management frameworks.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define and own the enterprise integration strategy for Salesforce FSC.
  • Lead integration discovery and assessment activities across systems.
  • Drive real-time, near real-time, and batch synchronization strategies.
  • Lead integration solution design workshops.
  • Define integration security architecture.
  • Establish enterprise event management and messaging frameworks.
  • Lead integration testing strategy.
  • Define deployment, release, and rollback strategies for integrations.
  • Drive integration governance and operational readiness.
  • Identify and mitigate integration risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and scalability concerns.
  • Provide executive-level recommendations and status updates.
  • Partner with teams to ensure integrations support regulatory requirements and operational processes.

Krav

  • Design and govern API-led integration architecture using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, event-driven, and batch integration patterns.
  • Define inbound and outbound data flows across Customer, Prospect, Household, Relationship, Financial Account, Holdings, Insurance Policy, Activity, and Notes domains.
  • Establish system-to-system integration standards, including API contracts, data exchange models, error handling, monitoring, and security requirements.
