Technical Lead - .NET Development

Job Summary

NESTE Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using .NET (Visual Studio Community)
• Build secure, scalable REST APIs for Angular frontend
• Implement business logic, validation, and error handling
• Integrate with Microsoft SQL Server
• Write optimized queries, stored procedures, and database schemas
• Implement authentication, authorization, and RBAC
• Handle logging, exception management, and performance tuning
• Support deployment to Azure or AWS
• Work closely with the Functional Team to analyze, clarify, and implement backend logic based on functional requirements
• Translate functional specifications into technical designs, APIs, and database changes
• Support functional testing by explaining backend logic and making requirement‑driven adjustments
• Ensure backend implementations fully comply with business rules defined by the functional team
• Write and execute unit tests and integration tests for backend services and APIs
• Perform initial functional validation of backend logic against functional requirements
• Support functional and regression testing by identifying root causes and fixing defects
• Ensure all backend changes meet functional acceptance criteria before release

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In .Net Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Enhance Team Capabilities By Mentoring Members In .Net, C#, And Sql Server Technologies, Fostering Growth And Increasing Overall Productivity.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies Involving Technical Alternatives, Architectural Best Practices, And Risk Assessments.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks On The Project, Facilitating The Timely Closure Of Escalations And Ensuring Transparent Communication With Stakeholders.

Skill Requirements
