As a Technical Lead in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Workday supply chain module and other related applications. This role involves collaborating with vendors, leading projects for Workday enhancements, and supporting operational tasks.

Ansvarsområden

  • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues related to Workday's Supply Chain modules.
  • Collaborate with vendors and consultants.
  • Participate in and lead projects for Workday enhancements, supply chain process improvements, and system upgrades.
  • Perform Workday SCM (Supply Chain) Functional Analysis.
  • Conduct Workday Business and Systems Analysis.
  • Handle operational items like incidents, requests, and upgrades.
  • Work on enhancements and projects.
  • Support the Workday Supply Chain Module.
  • Work with ancillary supply chain applications like GHX/other Marketplace applications, Parex, Handhelds, Label printers.
  • Create Studio integrations.
  • Develop FINSCM Integrations (EIB and STUDIO).
  • Provide On-Call support.
  • Gather customer requirements and ensure their fulfillment.

Krav

  • Workday Inventory Management experience.
  • Workday Procure to Pay (P2P) experience.
  • Workday Procurement experience.
  • Workday Financials with P2P exposure.
  • Work experience on creating Studio integrations is a must.
  • Work experience on FINSCM Integrations (EIB and STUDIO).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with other applications such as Par Excellence, GHX Marketplace, NiceLabel and print servers dedicated to receipts and packing slips in hospital warehouses.
