HCLTech is seeking an experienced Technical Lead in Bengaluru, India, to build and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Responsibilities include developing AI-enabled dashboards, forecasting simulators, and data validation agents, while also coaching the data analytics team.

Ansvarsområden

Develop an AI-enabled ELT dashboard with an AI insight layer in Power BI.
Productionize an AI forecast simulator using CRM and Power BI data, deploy an AI coach agent for forecasting.
Automate pipeline hygiene by moving prototypes to production and flagging opportunities.
Retrofit dashboards with AI-generated insights and recommendations.
Build an agent to detect, classify, and route Salesforce data quality issues.
Automate whitespace analysis and cross-sell insights, and build an agent for customer report requests.
Train and coach the data analytics team to build and maintain AI agents.
Build an MVP of a seller-facing AI Sales Workflow integrating Salesforce and marketing data to provide recommendations.

Krav

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience building AI agents (Copilot Studio / Microsoft 365 Copilot).
Experience connecting agents to Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, and other Sales org tools, including security and permissions.
API connector development and integration experience.
Working knowledge of Power BI/DAX and sales and pipeline data.
Ability to coach and upskill a team.
